He is a Law graduate of the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus.  He undertook his National Youth Service Corps assignment with Nigerian Breweries Plc., Iganmu Lagos.

He started his law career with the Law Firm of P.O. Nwakoby & Co in Enugu before moving over to Lagos to join the Law Firm of Ken Ahia & Associates. He has a strong bias for Commercial Law Practice.
