He holds an LL.M from University of Lagos, Akoka. He also holds an LL.M in International and European business law from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. He was a Legal Researcher in the Office of the parliamentary Legal Adviser, Houses of the Oireachtas, Ireland (Irish Parliament). He was a counsel in the firm of Ofulue and Ofulue, Lagos for several years and was a one-time Company Secretary of Flash Securities and Finance Limited. He was also the Legal Officer at the Immigrant council of Ireland, Dublin, Ireland, for several years. His areas of specialisation are Company Law, Secured Credit transaction, Litigation and Banking Law. He lives and practices law in Dublin, Ireland. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and International Bar Association.
