Kenneth is the Managing Partner of the Law Firm. He was called to bar in 1988. He had his National Youth Service in 1988/89 with the Law Firm of Alenkhe & Alenkhe & Co. Yola, Gongola State (now Adamawa State). After the service year, he was retained by the firm and worked briefly in their Lagos Office before joining Zik Chuka Obi & Co. at Western House, Lagos. He was one time Company Secretary/ Head of Legal Unit of Thomas Kingsley Securities Ltd.
He holds an LL.M degree of the University of Lagos. He is the assistant Editor, Law Research and Development Forum Ltd., Publishers of Lawyers Bi-Annual Magazine (a journal of comparative legal issues). He was for some years an external examiner to Nigeria Law School, Lagos. He once served as a member of Local Government Election Petition Tribunal in Abia State, from 2003 to 2005. He was for several years a law reform commissioner with the Abia State Law Review and Reform Commission.
He is a member of Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, American Intellectual Property Association and International Trade Marks Association.
His special areas of Interest are Advocacy, Trade Marks, Commercial litigation, International Franchising, and Immigration law. He has appeared in the highest Courts in Nigeria in several contentious issues.
